Return & Refund Policy

Contact us prior to any merchandise return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. A restocking and refurbishing fee of 15% will apply in addition to deducting the original shipping cost.

  • We do not accept returns on items that were partially or fully assembled
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of goods

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us for arrangements.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping returns

You must arrange for your own shipping back of the product.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
  • Use a trackable shipping service and a shipping insurance in case the item is lost or damaged
  • A refund will not apply if the return item is lost or damaged in shipping
